ISONET-T
What is ISONET-T?
- Sexual confusion pheromone.
- The dispensers consist of two parallel polymer tubes, one of which is filled with 60 mg of the Tuta absoluta pheromone (E,Z,Z),-3,8,11-tetradecatrien-1-yl acetate + (E,Z), - 3,8-tetradecadien-1-yl acetate and the other contains an aluminum wire to easily attach the dispenser, forexample to the plant clip.
Operating mechanism

- Sexual confusion is based on pheromones, which are chemicals emitted by female insects to attract males from far away to mate.
- When you load dispensers with a high dose of the female pheromone, they exceed the natural pheromone secreted by the females, making it impossible for the males to locate the females.
- This prevents mating from taking place or delays it. This way you can reduce the next generation and the reduce damage to your crop.
